Without disturbing it, an owl stealthily breaks free through the matrix mesh she came from, and looks up to the moon to guide her to freedom, as a thin scattering of wispy clouds stretch across it.
Survivors are the ones who adapt, just as this illustration adapts from feathers and flight, to moonlight and stars.
I created this artwork by hand, cell-by-cell, taking five months to complete, carefully twisting each individual cell into dynamic relationships with its surrounding cells.
